Bill has enjoyed two decades of a career in the Technology sector, with a focus on digital media. In 2014, Bill joined Pinterest as one of the first 250 employees, and founded the Pinterest Chicago office. Having joined the company pre-monetization, Bill recruited & hired the initial sales team, developed sales and go-to-market strategies that launched ads monetization on Pinterest, and helped to grow the company’s business through the IPO.

In Bill’s current role as Chief Revenue Officer, he is a direct report of the CEO and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Bill leads the company's global sales organization and monetization efforts, overseeing more than 2,000 employees and 10-figure revenue. Bill is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise strategy and operations, working closely with client and agency partners, and collaborating with internal teams, such as ads product & ads engineering, to create scalable advertising tools and business solutions.

Bill has a proven track record of building teams and driving business excellence in hyper-growth environments. He has been recognized as a digital thought leader and a 2019 Crain's 40 Under 40 award recipient and Crain's Tech 50 award. Bill is passionate about empowering people, delivering value to customers, and advancing Pinterest's mission of bringing everyone the inspiration to create a life they love. Bill earned an B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
