At Pinterest, I lead global product marketing and operations across ads and shopping products. My teams drive product direction and own GTM strategy, execution, and adoption. We establish product-market-fit requirements to accelerate time to market and revenue. We influence roadmap prioritization through voice-of-customer, competitive/market intelligence, opportunity sizing, and alpha/beta testing programs.

Over 15+ years in product marketing and ads monetization leadership, I’ve:

  • Launched industry-first cross-channel media measurement at comScore
  • Built and led the first global product marketing org at Amazon Ads, scaling commerce monetization from $2B to $20B+ and growing the team from 3 to 30+ employees.
  • Launched and scaled adoption across Amazon Ads entire product suite including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Freevee (fka IMDb TV/Prime Video), Alexa/Fire TV and more.
  • Rebuilt and grew Pinterest's product marketing and operations org from 7 to 70+ employees, guiding the ads product roadmap and scaling revenue from $1.6B to $XB
  • Designed global GTM frameworks, measurement and privacy principles, roadmap management tools, pricing/packaging strategies, and advertiser adoption programs that accelerated adoption and revenue growth.
  • Partner with retailers, brands, agencies, developers, and ad tech platforms to expand advertiser ecosystems and make commerce ads measurable, effective, and trusted.
