With nearly 30 years of experience in the IT services industry, Thierry brings astute leadership and deep experience of turning around lagging businesses, driving growth, and leading and inspiring cross-cultural teams. Until early-April 2024, he was CEO and Managing Director of Wipro, leading over 240,000 employees across 65 countries, and growing revenues by 35% over a four-year term through a massive transformation effort. Under his direction, Wipro generated 25% more profit than in the previous 4-year period, and more than doubled the value of the company’s stock and market-capitalization.

Prior to Wipro, Thierry held various leadership positions in Capgemini, including Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Group Executive Board.

Passionate about meaningful change, Thierry co-founded Life Project 4 Youth in 2009, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the professional and social integration of young adults living in extreme poverty.
