• Led and scaled multiple $300M+ businesses through product-led and enterprise growth
• Led the transformation of AWS's go-to-market tools, used by tens of thousands of AWS feild teams. One of the first at-scale genAI deployments in 2023, with demonstrated business impact in productivity and velocity
• Built and mentored global teams of 900+, spanning engineering, product, UX, ML/data science, and go-to-market
• Founded and lead two venture backed startups
• Done M&A, experience acquiring and integrating startups
• Invented many new technologies (40+ patents)
