My focus is to have a trustful and continuous exchange with our customers, to develop a future-oriented strategy as well as to develop my team and their skills thereby ensuring we provide everything our customers need.

With experience in various service environments as both provider and customer, I’ve gained a detailed understanding of what it takes to build productive long-term relationships and to simplify the journey to the cloud. Every day, I focus on the essentials: people, communication, teamwork, and an optimistic outlook. As a keen sports player, I understand that the best results can only be achieved by a team that plays by the same rules and works towards the same goal!

That’s why I am passionate about the benefits of cloud and other digital, innovative technologies. They enable us to get closer, to understand each other better and to find new ways to do things better, more efficiently and sustainably. It amazes me how a single technology can create endless possibilities as every enterprise and individual finds a new way to harness it. Just look at how smartphones transformed all our lives. Now, cloud, big data and AI are doing that on a different level. I am full of anticipation and positive what the future holds.

This is what’s at the core of SAP Services, and the core of my professional approach. To me, disruptive innovations are not a question of ‘if’ but ‘when’. If I, and the talented team members I work with, can help enterprises with our unique know-how in order to get ahead of these innovations and make the most of them from day one, we are fulfilling our purpose.
