In my role as Chief Revenue Officer, Americas and SAP Business Suite, I get to have a front row seat for the greatest business AI innovations in the Americas and globally. I bring a product mindset, an empathy for enterprise customers (because I’ve been one!) and a passion for making them stay ahead and stay successful in the Intelligent Age.

I believe in blurring the boundaries between 'us' and 'them', the business and the customer, and always striving to achieve a level of empathy and innovation in my leadership style that breaks the norm.

Mastering the dichotomy of leadership requires understanding when to lead and when to listen, being open to new ideas, staying curious about the world around us, and always working to build strong and inclusive teams that deliver the very best outcomes.
