Lale and her team work towards enabling Croda’s growth strategy by creating new ways of connecting with customers, establishing a strong foundation for efficient data operation and transforming product innovation with AI/ML and insights.  

Lale is an advocate of diversity of thinking in the workplace and is actively working in improving gender representation, supporting and mentoring women in tech across various countries.
