In my role as Managing Director EMEA at Amazon Web Services, I provide strategic expertise to enable our clients to digitalise operations, support employee wellbeing and grow sustainably. Throughout my career and experience as a CEO and Non-Executive Director across the technology industry, I’ve worked hard to help businesses articulate their purpose and vision for employees, customers and investors. As a woman in STEM, I truly believe in the power of inclusion, diversity and equity to achieve long-term success that empowers communities and businesses. I want to continue enabling women and under-represented groups to access support to upskill and grow, and also to help businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to tackle the digital skills gap.
